Join Ceramic Designer Alex Allday at Middleport Pottery for a festive and creative workshop making and decorating your own set of porcelain Christmas decorations or garland.
You’ll have the opportunity to make up to 10 porcelain decorations (that can be used to make up a garland) using a variety of different Christmas themed templates and cutters provided. You will be shown how to decorate them with coloured slips, textures and letters to add your own personal touch.
When:
- Saturday 1st November, 10am - 12pm (SOLD OUT) or 2pm-4pm (SOLD OUT)
- Saturday 22nd November, 10am - 12pm (SOLD OUT) or 2pm-4pm (SOLD OUT)
- Saturday 29th November, 10am - 12pm (SOLD OUT) or 2pm-4pm (1 space left)
- Sunday 30th November, 10am - 12pm (SOLD OUT) or 2pm-4pm (SOLD OUT)
- Saturday 6th December, 10am - 12pm (SOLD OUT) or 2pm-4pm (SOLD OUT)

Can’t make the date advertised but would like to do the workshop? then don’t hesitate to get in touch as I can arrange to do this workshop with yourself and a small group of you on a date that suits (2 minimum - 7 maximum) that would take place in my studio. - Subject to availability.

FAQs
Your pieces will be fired after the workshop and will be ready to collect from my studio at Middleport Pottery 2 weeks following the workshop. I can post them out to you at an additional cost to cover P&P.
All abilities welcome and you do not need to have prior knowledge and experience in ceramics. With keeping it to a small group, you will each get one on one support and guidance throughout the workshop.
- Tea’s, Coffee’s and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop.
- Aprons will be provided but wear old clothes and shoes

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking then this needs to be done at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop and a full refund will be given. Unfortunately any cancellations made within 14 days prior to the workshop start date are unable to be refunded.
