Hanging Planter Pocket Workshop
Join Ceramic Designer Alex Allday in her studio at Middleport Pottery to create your own porcelain hanging planter pockets.
You’ll learn how to hand build in porcelain, along with how to apply a variety of surface decoration techniques using coloured slips, stains and different tools to create sgraffito, textures and patterns on your own beautiful hanging planter pocket. Once fired the pockets are watertight so you display real flower stems in them.
