We are able to deliver across the UK and standard postage and packaging costs £4.00

Standard Delivery will be take between 3-5 days

We will aim to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days after it has been placed. Once your order has been processed you will be notified via email that it has been completed. Expect to then receive your order within 2-3 days after completion.

All products on our website are handmade so if there is an item out of stock it will take approximately 14 days for it to be back in stock.

If you are not happy with items bought, please email info@alexallday.co.uk and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund and we will be happy to help with the return. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like an exchange, refund or if the item/s are damaged/ faulty.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning your order to us but please ask for a proof of postage receipt to track your return and you will be notified once we’ve received it.

We will process any exchange or refund within 14 days from the day we receive it and you will be refunded by the same method that you used to pay for your purchase.
